SYMPTOMS

When you run Adobe Photoshop version 3.0 on a computer with multiple monitors, the Adobe Photoshop toolbars cannot be moved from the primary monitor to the secondary monitor.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because Adobe Photoshop version 3.0 is not designed to run on a computer using multiple monitors.

To resolve this issue, upgrade to Adobe Photoshop version 4.0 or later.
