SYMPTOMS If a program uses the older GetOpenFileName() API and is
currently logged on to a Novell network, the following error message may occur
in Microsoft Windows 98: MPREXE.EXE caused an invalid page fault
in module KERNEL32.DLL CAUSE This problem occurs because of a problem with the
Microsoft Client for NetWare Networks and the Microsoft Service for NetWare
