Unable to Reposition the Channel Bar if it Is Off of the Screen

SYMPTOMS

If you position the Channel bar off of the screen and then try to move it back to the visible portion of the screen, you may be unable to do so.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the following steps:

1.Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
2.Click the Web tab, and then click the Internet Explorer Channel Bar check box to clear it.
3.Click OK.
4.Double-click Display, click the Web tab, and then click the Internet Explorer Channel Bar check box to select it.
5.Click OK, and then close Control Panel.

NOTE: If you are using multiple monitors and the Channel bar is positioned off the screen of a secondary monitor, you can clear the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" check box to attempt to reposition the Channel bar.
