Magnifier Tool Does Not Work with Multiple Monitors

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Microsoft Magnifier accessibility program and your computer has multiple monitors, visual information from the second monitor does not display in the Magnifier window. Also, the Magnifier window cannot be moved to another monitor.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Magnifier accessibility program only works with one monitor.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98.
