SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install Windows 98 from a Zip drive connected to a parallel port, you may be prompted for the following files after Setup restarts your computer the first time:

Bios.vxd
Power.drv
Vpowerd.vxd
Wfm0200.acv
Pci.vxd
Pcimo.pci
Isapnp.vxd
You can skip installing all these files except the Wfm0200.acv file. For this file, you must click Cancel.

After bypassing all of these files, your Zip drive does not appear in My Computer or Windows Explorer.
