FP2000: Relative URL Is Changed to an Absolute URL in Edit Hyperlink Dialog Box

SYMPTOMS

When you edit a hyperlink in the Edit Hyperlink dialog box in Reports view to be a relative Uniform Resource Locator (URL), the hyperlink becomes an absolute URL when you view the source code of the page.

RESOLUTION

To change the hyperlink from an absolute URL to a relative URL, edit the hyperlink properties. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Open the page that contains the hyperlink that you want to change in Page view.
2.Right-click the hyperlink that you want to change, and then click Hyperlink Properties.
3.In the URL box, type the relative URL of the hyperlink, or click to select the page from the file list, and then click OK.
