SYMPTOMS

When you click the Windows CE Inbox Transfer command on the Tools menu in Outlook 98, you may receive the following error message:
The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this error message, run the Hpcv1.exe or Hpcv2.exe tool located in the Valupack\HPC folder on the Outlook 98 CD-ROM. If you are using Windows CE 1.0, run the Hpcv1.exe tool. If you are using Windows CE 2.0 or 3.0 Professional Edition, run the Hpcv2.exe tool.
