After you select Microsoft Web TV in the Compatibility list as the supported browser and switch to another browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, the technologies check boxes are not repopulated.

The browser version is set to Custom. When the version is set to Custom, the check boxes will not repopulate when you click to clear the check boxes.

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
