FP2000: Error Browsing Database Results Pages After Publishing from Disk-Based Web

After you publish a disk-based Web to a Web server, you may receive the following error message when you preview the page in the browser on pages that contain database results regions:
Database Results Error
where DatabaseName is the name of your database connection.
The database connection named 'DatabaseName' is undefined. This problem can occur if: * The connection has been removed from the web * the file 'global.asa' is missing or contains errors * the root folder does not have Scripting permission enabled * the web is not marked as a Application Root CAUSE
This behavior occurs when the Web is not marked as an application root. The Web is not automatically created as an application root. Active Server Pages (ASP) and database features do not function unless the Web is part of an application root. RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
