FP2000: Resizing a Picture Causes Same Picture in Banner Ad to Be Resized

SYMPTOMS

When you insert a picture in Banner Ad Manager and then resize a copy of the same picture on a separate Web page, Banner Ad Manager displays the resized picture.

CAUSE

The picture placed in the banner ad and the picture inserted on a separate web are the same.

RESOLUTION

To view the picture properly, follow these steps:
1.Open the page that includes the banner ad.
2.On the View menu, click Refresh (or press F5) to refresh the page.
NOTE: Every time you view the resized page and then switch to the page with the banner ad, the resized image is displayed in the banner ad. Refresh the page each time you switch back to the page with the banner ad.
