FP2000: Banner Ad Does Not Preview Correctly If It Has No Images

SYMPTOMS

When you preview a web page in your Web browser, a gray box appears on the screen, and you receive the following error message:

An exception of type 'java/lang/ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException' was not handled.
-or-
Applet Exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

The message may vary depending on the Web browser you are using.

CAUSE

The Banner Ad on your web page is not using any images.

For the banner ad to function properly, it requires images.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1.Open the page that is causing the error in the Page view of FrontPage.
2.To open the Banner Ad Manager Properties dialog box, double-click the banner ad on your page.
3.Click Add.
4.Select an image, and click OK. Repeat this step for each image that you want to add to the manager.
5.To close the Banner Ad Manager, click OK.
6.Save the Page. If you are prompted to save embedded files, click OK.
