This issue can occur if you are using FrameMaker to load Adobe Type Manager (ATM) fonts and you are using one of the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 5Si printer drivers that is included with the printer.

Install the Appropriate Printer Drivers
To install the appropriate printer drivers, follow these steps:
Install one of the HP LaserJet 5Si (4Si in Windows 95) printer drivers included with Windows:
| 1. | Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers. |
| 2. | Double-click Add Printer, click Next, click Local Printer, and then click Next.

| 3. | In the Manufacturers box, click HP. |
| 4. | In the Printers box, click the appropriate 5Si (4Si in Windows 95) printer, and then click Next. |
| 5. | Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Add Printer wizard. |
NOTE: Windows 95 does not include HP LaserJet 5Si printer drivers. However, you can install the HP LaserJet 4Si, 4Si MX, or 4Si/4SiMX PS printer drivers that are included with Windows 95.
