SYMPTOMS

When you try to establish a multilink connection with your Internet service provider (ISP) using two 3Com PCI WinModems, the second modem you use to make the connection does not dial.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the WinModem drivers are not designed to work with multiple WinModems in a single computer.
