Use the subject line “Need promo code” and include your name, your Surface serial number (here’s how to find your serial number), and when and where you purchased your Surface.
Special note for Surface Laptop owners:
Surface Laptop runs Windows 10 S, which helps keep your device safer by exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. Some Surface offers are for apps that aren’t available in the Microsoft Store, so they won’t run on Surface Laptop with Windows 10 S (so you won’t see them in the Surface app). If you’ve switched from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Pro, email SurfaceOffersAdmin@microsoft.com with the subject line “Need a promo code”. Please include your name, your Surface Laptop serial number (here’s how to find your serial number), and when and where you purchased your Surface Laptop.
