የሚተገበረው ለ፦ Windows 10

If you see an error message saying that your camera roll is missing (0xA00F4275) when you try to take a picture or video with the Camera app in Windows 10, try the following solutions, in the order listed. For more help, see also Windows can't find or start the camera.

Change where new pictures and videos are saved

  1. On Start select Settings
    Settings icon
    > System > Storage > Change where content is saved.
  2. Look to see what's listed under New photos and videos will save to. This is usually a name with a disk drive letter, such as This PC (C:) or, on mobile, This device. If pictures and videos are being saved to an external device, make sure that device is connected.
