Technical webinars

You must be an active member of the Microsoft Partner Network (Network, Action Pack, Silver, Gold).

We recommend registering for a webinar using the email that is associated to your MPN account.

Register for a technical webinar

  1. By visiting aka.ms/TPDTechnicalServices, you will be able to select and view available technical webinars. You will be redirected to review the agenda detail, event date and more.
  2. Once you find a webinar by date and language that fits your needs, click the title to register.
  3. A new registration page will appear. It is recommended that you register using your email associated to your MPN account. Complete the registration details and click to register. You will receive a registration confirmation email.

Technical consultations

  • You must be eligible for technical presales assistance or have partner advisory hours (Action Pack 5h, Silver 20h, Gold 50h) - see MPN Offers
  • To qualify for technical presales assistance, you must provide the customer name and details of the project
  • Understand the supported products and scenarios eligible (cloud and hybrid scenarios, with limited on-premises)

You must Sign in to MPN or Partner Center with an AAD account associated to your partner organization to submit an online technical consultation request (Partners not migrated to Partner Center should use Phone or chat).

Request a technical consultation

  1. View and select available technical consultations by visiting aka.ms/TPDTechnicalServices. When you click submit a consultation request, you need to sign in to Partner Center with your MPN associated account to submit a request online. Please be careful to select the relevant country (or region) and ensure your contact details are correct.
    Note: If your MPN organisation is not migrated to Partner Center, use the phone or chat via the MPN Support page
  2. Can’t find what you need? We have you covered. Get advice from Microsoft partner technical consultants on presales, deployment and app development scenarios for cloud and hybrid solutions by leveraging your technical presales and deployment benefits. Submit a technical consultation request direct via online submission:

a. From the MPN portal, select Support or partner.microsoft.com/support, select “Technical Presales, Deployment, App Development”, then select Category and Topic. Submit a request online will transfer you to Partner Center to complete the submission, you also have the options to call or chat with an agent.

b. From Partner Center > MPN > Benefits > Technical Benefits then click the link to Submit technical presales and deployment request.

Important: Online submission is only available for partners who have migrated their organization to Partner Center and use their partner center AAD sign-in. If the organization is in the old Partner Membership Center (PMC) please contact program support to get a request manually created and use either chat or phone. See Partner Support below

Submit an online request from Partner Support

1. Sign-in to partner.microsoft.com/support, using your Partner Center AAD account (associated to your partner MPN organization).

2. Select from the following:

  • Area Technical Presales, Deployment, App Development > Category Request a technical app development consultation > Topic I need technical guidance > Submit a request online.
     
  • Area Technical Presales, Deployment, App Development > Category Request a technical deployment consultation > Topic I need technical guidance > Submit a request online.
     
  • Area Technical Presales, Deployment, App Development > Category Request technical presales assistance > Topic I need technical guidance > Submit a request online.

Submit an online request from Partner Center

You can start from the MPN Support page select “Technical Presales, Deployment, App Development”.

To start a request from Partner Center

1. Sign-in to the Dashboard https://partner.microsoft.com/DashboardClick MPN, then Benefits, Technical benefits, Click Submit technical presales and deployment request.
Important: Only partners who have migrated their MPN program membership to Partner Center can submit a request from Partner Center.

2. Complete the form. Please be careful to select the relevant country (or region) because country controls where your request is routed. Please double check your contact details to be sure they are correct then Submit your Request.

3.The confirmation page shows the support request number, description etc. You will also receive a confirmation email with the same details.

Note: First Time Response on PTC consultation services is as follows:

  • MPN Partners consultations requests - two (2) business days.
  • ASfP Cloud Consult requests - one (1) Business day.
