If you are an active member of a program that provides technical support benefits, you are required to register and activate a technical support contract before you can use the benefit.

When the benefits are activated, for on-premises products and Azure, use the Access ID and Contract ID via Online Assisted Support (OAS). For more information, see Using Access ID and Contract ID to create on-premises professional support incidents.
Please note that both Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) and Visual Studio have a restricted product entitlement.
