Update to force a UAC prompt when a customized .sdb file is created in Windows

This article describes an update that is available when a customized .sdb file is created in Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. How to obtain this update
