Print image fails on websites by using X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN or ALLOW-FROM header in Internet Explorer 11

When you try to print an image from a website in Internet Explorer 11, the operation fails if it uses the SAMEORIGIN or ALLOW-FROM X-Frame-Options header value. Additionally, an error message is printed instead of the image. The error message resembles the following:
