Symptoms
Assume that use Power BI Report Server together with SQL Server 2016 Analysis Services (SSAS) in Tabular mode. When you run a query on a very large partitioned table, SSAS may crash.
Resolution
This fix is included in Cumulative Update 8 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1.
