Symptoms
In a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015 environment, the time stamp of a missed conversation that's recorded in the Conversation History folder in Outlook differs from the time stamp in the UCWA application, such as Skype for Business for Mac and Skype for Business for mobile client.
Cause
This issue occurs because the time of Conversation History in Outlook that's returned from Skype for Business Server uses the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time. However, the Skype for Business client is using local time that's in a different time zone.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

For Skype for Business Server 2019, install the
December 2019 cumulative update 7.0.2046.151 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server and the December 2019 cumulative update 7.0.2046.151 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Web Components Server. -
For Skype for Business Server 2015, install the May 2019 cumulative update 6.0.9319.548 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Front End Server and Edge Server and the May 2019 cumulative update 6.0.9319.548 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Web Components Server.
