Lync 2010 telephone calls do not connect in Office 365 dedicated


When a user tries to make a telephone call by using Microsoft Lync 2010 in Microsoft Office 365 dedicated and enters a four-, five-, or seven-digit number on the dial pad, the call does not connect. 


To resolve this issue, ask the user to make the call by using the full ten-digit telephone number. If the call still does not connect, ask the user to try to dial a ten-digit telephone number that is known to work. If the call still does not connect, contact Technical Support.
