What are notifications?

When new notifications arrive for a tile, a message appears on your Band.

Depending on your settings, your Band may also vibrate to alert you to new notifications or to signal the next segment of a workout. Depending on the notification, the vibration may be long or short, or it might feel like a double or triple tap on your wrist.

Set your Quick Read reading speed

For reading ease, Quick Read displays messages on your Band one word at a time in a big, bold font. While viewing any message with the action button arrow, press the action button to start Quick Read.

You can modify the speed of Quick Read messages in Settings

The Settings Tile
 > Tools Tools icon > Reading Speed.

Turn haptic (vibration) notifications on or off

If you don’t want your Band to vibrate when a notification arrives, you can disable vibrations by turning on Do Not Disturb or changing the haptic alert level.

Turn Do Not Disturb on or off

  • On your Band, tap Settings
    The Settings Tile
    > Do Not Disturb Do Not Disturb icon and tap On or Off.

Set the Haptic Alert Level

Step 1: On your Band, tap Settings
The Settings Tile
> Tools Tools icon.
Step 2: Swipe left and tap Haptic Alert Levels.
Step 3: Swipe up or down to cycle through the options.
Step 4: Choose the intensity of the haptic alerts or disable them.
