The Deduction amount is incorrect when you have a time zone set in Organization Administration Address Setup


The wrong payroll worker enrolled benefit details record is being used during the benefit calculation process when the timezone offset used for the utcdatetime-based benefit records cause the following day to be used to retrieve date-based date effective records.


Modified the benefit calculation process to use the pay period end date for the date-based payroll worker enrolled benefit details record and the timezone-adjusted utcdatetime equivalent value for the utcdatetime-based HCM worker enrolled benefit record.  After making this change, the correct records are being retrieved and thus the expected rates are being used by the calculations.
