Initially discovered and resolved rebase conflict is discovered again when it has been caused by the GER report’s XML element that has been simultaneous introduced in the derived and the base formats for same parent item with the same name

When the derived GER format is rebased to a new base one while a new format XML element has been added in a new version of a base format as well as in a derived version using the same XML element name and a parent item, the rebase conflict is discovered informing end-user about the duplication of items. This conflict can be resolved by the deletion of the duplicated XML element from the derived report. The problem is that when the next new base version of this report comes with other changes, and the derived format is rebased to that new base format again, the earlier resolved conflict about duplicated items raises again.
To work around this issue, the resolution of this kind of discovered conflicts must be repeated for every next rebase.
The changes in the hotfix contain the code modification that prevents in the rebase process the appearance of earlier resolved conflicts that have been caused by simultaneous introduction in the derived and base formats of XML elements with same name for same parent items.
