Education Notes Saving Incorrectly

Issue Detail:

Human Resource Education Notes are not getting attached properly to the employee.Reported in Version/Build7.0 and 7.5HR Education Notes Auto Attach Steps to Recreate: 1. Go to Cards | Human Resources | Employee | Education.2. Complete line 1 of education. Enter a note into line 1 and attach it.3.Go into Line 2 and complete the line, but do not hit the note or attach the note. Actual Results: Once you tab off of the line and then go back to that line, the note is automatically attached. Expected Results:If you do not attach a note to a specific education line, the note should not automatically attach. Another HR Education Note Issue Steps to Recreate:1. Go to Cards | Human Resources | Employee | Education.2. Complete line 1 of education. Enter a note into line 1 and attach it.3. Go into Line 2 and complete the line, click on the note field. Actual Results:The notes entered on the line 1 do not appear. However, if you close line 2 and go back in, the information from line 1 will appear. Expected Results:Since the notes are shared among all lines, the note 1 should appear as soon as you open the note field on any line. NoteThis was tested on version 6 and worked properly.For each education on the same employee card you enter there is a line in the HR2NOT01 table.But on Version 7.0 and 7.5, it only creates one line for each employee and lumps together all the notes.
