"Error 5: Invalid Procedure call or argument" error message when you generate a report in FRx 6.7.2013 and then send it to an Excel PivotTable or to an Excel PivotChart

Symptoms
When you use Microsoft FRx 6.7.2013, you may receive the following error message:
Error 5: Invalid Procedure call or argument
You receive this message when you generate a report in FRx Reporter and then export the report to an Excel PivotTable or to an Excel PivotChart.
Cause
This issue occurs because the Excel PivotTable/PivotChart hotfix was not applied when FRx Reporter was originally installed.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you must apply the Excel PivotTable/PivotChart hotfix. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Insert the FRx 6.7 CD into the computer, and then start the FRx installation.
  2. Click Installation Prerequisites.
  3. Click Update for PivotTable/PivotChart Users.
  4. Click Hotfix Readme/Installation instructions, and then follow the instructions in the wizard.
