Method 2: Delete a damaged e-mail messageIf the Inbox contains a damaged e-mail message, you must delete the damaged message. To do this, try to move the e-mail messages in the Inbox to a personal folder. If a message is damaged, you will not be able to move the message. For example, move a group of messages to a personal folder. If the group does not move, try to move an individual e-mail message to the personal folder. After you determine which message is damaged, delete the damaged message.
Method 3: Create a new e-mail profileThis issue may occur when your current e-mail profile is damaged. To resolve this issue, create a new e-mail profile. Then, start Outlook by using the new profile.
