This article provides a solution to an issue where you can't print duplex (two sided) documents from Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011.

To fix this issue, use the following steps:

  1. Set the duplex printing in the windows printer settings outside Dynamics SL (directly in Control Panel).
  2. Create another instance of the printer that is strictly for duplex printing. This makes it easier to select when you print reports.
