The goal of the Cloud Enablement Desk is to assist partners in obtaining a Cloud performance competency or Action Pack subscription. Partners will be assigned a Cloud Program Specialist (CPS) for up to 6 months, with the goal of obtaining or on the path to obtaining a Cloud performance competency.

The Cloud Enablement Desk gives you access to a Cloud Program Specialist (CPS) for up to six months. The CPS will guide you through all the steps required to achieve a Cloud competency and provide you with the technical and business resources and tools to help you along the way.

Partner Success Story - US
A partner located in the US is currently working with their Cloud Program Specialist (CPS) to attain their second Silver Competency. Their CPS meets with the partner regularly and has been working with them to improve their marketing ROI as well as identify key training. As a result, the partner recently won a deal of 150 seats of Office 365 Business Essentials! In addition, the CPS connected the partner to the Partner Technical Presales & Deployment Services team to assist with the migration and the partner is now actively working on deploying the seats!

An Australian partner was looking for help on obtaining the Small Midmarket Cloud Solutions competency. They needed assistance on accessing the Partner University and Dynamics 365 trainings. The Cloud Program Specialist (CPS) was successfully able to help the partner quickly earn the Small Midmarket Cloud Solutions competency and the Partner Technical Presales & Deployment Services team has delivered against training needs.
