Error message when you click "Additional Benefit Information" in Benefits Self Service in Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010: "Server Error in '/' Application Insufficient authorization to perform this action"

Symptoms

In Business Portal, when you click Employee, click Benefits and then click Additional Benefit Information under the Employee Summary area, the error: 
Server Error in '/' Application Insufficient authorization to perform this action
appears.

Cause

Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 security is not configured for the Benefits Self Service module in Business Portal.
