To help secure your devices, we recommend that you install this update as soon as a possible and restart your PC to fully apply the mitigations. Like all rollup updates, this update supersedes any preceding update.
Note This update does not replace the upcoming October 2019 monthly update, which is scheduled to release on October 8, 2019.
IMPORTANT Verify that you have installed the recommended updates listed in the How to get this update section before installing this update. For all updates starting with August 13, 2019, we strongly recommend that you install these updates to prevent any issues.
Improvements and fixes
This security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of updates KB4516046 (September 10, 2019) and KB4516048(September 24, 2019) and addresses the following issues:

Addresses an intermittent issue with the print spooler service that may cause print jobs to fail. Some apps may close or generate errors, such as the remote procedure call (RPC) error.

Before installing this update
You must install the updates listed below and restart your device before installing the latest Rollup. Installing these updates improves the reliability of the update process and mitigates potential issues while installing the Rollup.
