Add a custom background image

1. Select  Meet now, join a scheduled meeting, or choose More () during a meeting.
   Do one of the following:

   • Before a meeting: Select   Effects and avatars. Choose Video effects and then More video effects.

   • During a meeting: Select More () and choose Video effects and settings.

2. Select Add new at the top of the gallery. and choose a new .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .bmp format picture between 360px to 2048px wide with an aspect ratio of 4:3 or greater.

3. Select Open. The new picture is now the current background, but also added to gallery.

   • If you're in a meeting, select Preview and if all is well, choose Apply.

Tip:  Meet now provides a private way to experiment with backgrounds offline.
