On the Insert tab, selectÂ
  Shapes. -
Choose an arrow style from Lines or Block Arrows.

Click and drag your mouse to draw the arrow. (To make the line perfectly vertical or horizontal, hold down the Shift key while you drag.)
Tip:Â If you prefer, you can insert an arrow symbol or create a bulleted list with arrows.
