Go to Insert and selectÂ
 Audio.-
Pick Audio on My PC, choose an audio file, and select Insert, or choose Record Audio.

SelectÂ
 Record to begin recording, choose  Stop when you're done, and OK to add it to the slide.

Select the Playback tab and choose the options to use, like Play in background or Loop until stopped.Â

In the Normal view, select the slide you want.

On the Insert tab, select Audio.

Select Audio Browser or Audio from File to insert audio from iTunes or your computer.

 Record Audio,  ​​​​​​​Record and speak, select  Stop and then Insert.  Â

Select the audio clip and on the Playback tab, choose the audio options, like Play in background or Loop until stopped.

On the Insert tab, select
 Audio. -
Choose the audio file you want and select Open. PowerPoint supports MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, or OGA file formats.Â

Select Audio on the simplified ribbon. Choose playback options like when to Start the audio. Use Audio Options to set Play Across Slides or Loop until Stopped. If you don't see the Audio tab, select Playback for the same options.Â
