Note: You must be a team owner to add or change owners.

  1. If you're in combined view, select Channels, at the top of the Chat pane, or on the left, select teams tab iconTeams and find the team.

  2. Select More options (Generic Ellipsis button) and then choose  Settings gear iconManage team.

  3. Look for the name of the person whose role you want to change. To make someone an owner, select Switch calendar view button and then select Owner. To change an existing owner to a member, choose Member.
