Go to File > Info and select Manage COM Add-ins.

To enable the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Office add-in, select Options and check Always enable this add-in.Â

Select Apply and restart Outlook.Â
Note: If Outlook determines that Microsoft Teams is slowing things down and disables it again, you may need to repeat these steps.
