  1. Start a new email or reply , select File and choose Options.

  2. Select Customize Ribbon in the Outlook Options dialog box.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • On the right pane under Main Tabs, select the box for Empty checkbox icon Draw if it's there. 

    • If you don't see Draw, select All Commands at the top of the left pane, choose Draw from the list, and select Add. 

  4. Select OK to close Options.
