Tap the Gear Icon

Under the Storage Accounts heading, tap the Add Storage Account button

Tap the Icon of your Storage Account service (OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Box)

You will be redirected to your cloud storage provider. Enter your login information to verify your account and follow its instructions to add your account to Outlook Mobile.
