Align objects on a slide

1. Select the object to align. For multiple objects, press and hold the Shift key while selecting them.

2. On the Picture Format or Shape Format tab. select   Align, and choose an alignment option.

Tip: To help position objects manually, on the View tab, select Gridlines.
