Bookmark your favorite conversations

Saving a conversation to access later is one of the best ways to make use of the information communities share.

Bookmark a post

  1. Click the options menu Screenshot of the more options button for a conversation in Viva Engage. The button is three dots in a horizontal line. and select Bookmark.

  2. You will see a message that the bookmark has been saved. You can now access it in the My bookmarks tab on your profile page.

Access your bookmarks

  1. Go to your profile page.

  2. Click the My bookmarks tab.

Remove a bookmark

  1. Go to your profile page.

  2. Click the My bookmarks tab.

  3. Select the options menu Screenshot of the more options button for a conversation in Viva Engage. The button is three dots in a horizontal line.  and then Remove bookmark.

  4. You will see a message that the bookmark has been removed.
