  1. Select a cell and enter =DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y") where A1 is the birthdate and B1 is the current date.
    The last parameter is "d", "m", or "y" to specify a return value in days, months, or years. 

  2. Press Enter.

Tip: Use TODAY() to calculate someone's age today. Example =DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"Y").
