If your account administrator has not blocked contact save capabilities with an Intune policy, then you can export contacts by going to Settings > Accounts > Save Contacts (for Microsoft 365 Exchange accounts only).

Some fields may be restricted from exporting to the Contacts store by your IT Admin. In that case, you will see a message on the account settings screen. See this blog post for more information.
