Open a browser, such as Edge, Chrome, or Safari and enter a website in the address bar, such as http://www.microsoft.com. If you can't reach the website, the problem is not specific to Outlook. You'll need to troubleshoot the network connectivity problem by following the steps in Connect to the internet with your Mac.
