Select the cells you want to format.

Go to the Home tab, selectÂ
 Conditional Formatting and choose  New Rule. -
Choose Format only cells that contain. Input the desired conditions.

Select Format and go to the Fill tab. Choose the colors and effects for your data.

Select the cells to format.

Go to the Home tab, select
 Conditional Formatting and choose  New Rule. or a preset formatting rule. -
Choose a Style to use and set Type, Value, Colors and other parameters.

Choose Classic style for more formatting options.

Choose a preset formatting rule, or selectÂ
  New Rule. -
Select a Rule Type and add the criteria for the specific type.Â

If needed, select Format with to choose colors, and text attributes.

Select Done. Repeat for additional rules.Â
