Convert an HEIC image file

OneDrive can automatically convert HEIC photos from your Apple device to JPG format.

1. In the OneDrive mobile app, tap your picture or initials.

2. Go to  Settings > Advanced and turn on the Upload Most Compatible feature.

You can also change the settings in your camera.

• Go to Settings > Camera, then tap Formats > Most Compatible.
