Copy and paste formatting with Format Painter

Use Format Painter to quickly apply the same formatting, such as color or font style, to other parts of your presentation.

1.  Select the text or graphic with the formatting that you'd like to copy.

2. Go to Home and select   Format Painter.

3. Your pointer will change to a paintbrush icon  . Use the brush to "paint" over a selection of text or graphics and apply the formatting.
