Making a calendar with PowerPoint for the web is quick and easy.
Select a calendar template, and open it in PowerPoint for the web to make it yours. Choose a calendar, and select Customize in PowerPoint. There are also calendars for Word for the web and Excel for the web that you can see if you don't specify PowerPoint.Â
Tip: When you first open PowerPoint for the web, you can search and choose your templates.Â
Share your calendar
When you're finished, print it out or share it online. You can do this with the calendar still open inPowerPoint for the web. No need to save it first (that's already done for you).
Print it
To print it, press Ctrl+P and in the Print dialog, choose your printer and other options. Select Print at the bottom when done.Â
Share it with a link

In the upper right corner of PowerPoint, select
 Share. and choose  Copy Link. -
Select
 Settings and under More settings, choose  Can edit for options. Select Apply when done. -
Close the Link copied dialog.

The link is in your clipboard ready to be pasted into an email, message, or post.
Tip:Â If you have a blog or website, you can embed a view of your calendar there.
