From the calendar in classic Outlook, on the Home tab, select New Meeting.

Select
Make Recurring next to start and end date and times. -
Pick a recurrence pattern in the Appointment Recurrence box.

Under Range of recurrence, you can determine when the series of meetings ends. Then select OK.

Enter the other meeting details and select Send.

From the
Calendar in new Outlook, on the Home tab, select New Event and add a title for your meeting. -
Select
Invite attendees, then enter names of individuals to invite to the meeting. -
Select a suggested time slot for the meeting, or manually enter a date and start and end times.

Select
Don't repeat, then choose the recurrence interval you want for the event. -
Enter a meeting location, and turn the
Teams meeting switch on or off: -
Select Send to deliver the invitation.
