Important: Before you create labels, you'll need to create the mail merge.

On the Mailings tab, selectÂ
 Start Mail Merge. -
SelectÂ
 Labels from the drop-down menu. -
Choose a label vendor and product number and select OK.
Creating mail merge labels isn't currently possible in Word for the web. You can, however, create mail merge labels in the Word desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
